i have the greddy type s coilovers on my car. the passenger rear was damaged when the car was wrecked but still works. my question is when i tried raising the height up on the rear, the drivers went up fine, but i raised the height of the damaged one ALOT and it was the exact same height after i drove it around. im thinkin the strut is blown and its not holding itself at the given height. ideas?

you have a blown seal more then likely. have it rebuilt.

wrong^

The pressure in the strut does not determine the height of the car. If you raise it by adding more pressure to the spring then the car should have gone up in height. The strut portion is probably just fine, but if the shaft is bent then it wont go up at all. Even the slightest bend and its not going to come up out of the strut body. Rebuilding the strut wont help, rebuilding only replaces all the seals, not the shaft. You sir will need a new strut/shock

with most suspension companies yes. But you will need to call Greddy USA in Irvine, CA and talk to them. Id say call and talk to my friend Dave that works there but he quit not to long ago because they laid off all but 3 people..... FTL
