A couple weeks ago I noticed my wideband in the sti was only hitting 12.4 when I pegged the throttle regardless of gear. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it should be in the 9-11 range. btw I cleaned the MAF and the intake a couple days ago but still had the same results.

Does it still fluxuate or does it remain pegged at 12.4 as soon as you hit the throttle? Try resetting your ECU and see if it gets rich again.
